Xencor Announces Change to Board of Directors

MONROVIA, Calif., Jan. 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Xencor, Inc. (NASDAQ: XNCR), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing engineered monoclonal antibodies for the treatment of autoimmune diseases, asthma and allergic diseases, and cancer, announced that John Stafford, III has notified the company of his decision to resign effective January 5, 2016 from the Board of Directors after 18 years of service to the company.
